Tourism & Events

Australia is one of the world’s most revered tourism destinations. Tourism is worth $90 billion to the Australian economy, a contribution that is forecast to exceed $100 billion by 2015 – while events, such as the 2000 Olympic Games and 2006 Commonwealth Games, are a crucial element Australia’s tourism ‘brand’. TTF has represented the Australian tourism industry since 1989, playing a central role in effecting structural change and influencing the tourism policy agenda. We advocate the interests of tourism investors, attractions, marketers and infrastructure providers at the highest levels of business, government and politics.
